Abstract

Nhandereko has always been present in the history and experience of the Guarani people, since long before the arrival of Europeans. The Guarani people walk with great resistance to always maintain their culture, despite the countless threats practiced by the Juruá kuery (white man). We continue to practice our custom, tradition, religion and our language to keep Nhandereko alive. Passing on knowledge and wisdom so that the future Guarani generation can walk and, at the same time, take this vision of understanding the world with Mbyá Guarani wisdom. That is why the research was carried out to describe the Nhandereko, the methodology used for the first stage of the work was the bibliographical survey, this focused on Guarani researchers on the Nhandereko, Yvyrupá and on the Tekoá Marangatu, later the Ethnomapping was carried out of the Tekoá Marangatu Indigenous Land, to show how and where Nhandereko is practiced in the territorial space and in the tekoá, identifying the values and social practices. chief, leaders, elders and elders of Tekoá Marangatu, seeking to understand their Nhandereko, the information was summarized using the 5W2H methodological tool. Finally, it is concluded that the studied place and the Guarani community have a harmonious bond with nature, according to the wisdom and practice of Nhandereko.
